Focus and unite to embark on a new journey; prioritize safety in pursuit of development.

Immediately following the 2026 Lantern Festival, Xinfeng Technology promptly convened a special meeting on workplace safety. At the meeting, the Chairman delivered an important address, issuing new directives and outlining plans for the year ahead, thereby setting a clear course and rallying collective strength for high-quality development in the coming year. In addressing the key priorities for the year, the Chairman put forward three main requirements: first, to fortify the foundation of safety by continuously refining the workplace safety management system and enhancing both employees’ safety awareness and operational skills; second, to focus on improving production quality, leveraging technological innovation and process upgrades to drive simultaneous improvements in productivity and product quality; and third, to strengthen accountability and responsibility, with managers at all levels taking the lead in fulfilling their duties and ensuring full commitment, while all employees remain dedicated to their roles and deliver concrete results, thus forging a powerful synergy that unites the entire organization in tackling challenges and achieving breakthroughs. The convening of this meeting has laid a solid foundation for Xinfeng Technology’s work in 2026. Moving forward, the company will take the Chairman’s guiding principles as its compass, coordinating efforts across workplace safety, production operations, and innovative development, and striving to write a new chapter of high-quality growth.

30 tons of custom-made metallic magnetic liners have been delivered smoothly, with cutting-edge wear-resistant technology driving the upgrade of mining equipment.

Recently, our company completed the inspection, packaging, and shipment of a batch of custom‑made wear‑resistant components, with a total delivery volume of approximately 30 tons. The products are critical metal magnetic liners for crushing and heavy‑duty construction machinery. This batch of liners is manufactured from high‑chromium cast iron and alloy steel, combining exceptional hardness with excellent impact resistance. Through optimized chemical composition and precise heat treatment, we ensure a uniform microstructure and stable performance, significantly reducing abnormal wear, premature failure, and unplanned downtime. Our company implements end‑to‑end quality control, covering raw material receipt, in‑process quality checks, mechanical and hardness testing, dimensional and surface inspections, as well as final pre‑shipment inspection and protective packaging. The products meet both customer requirements and export standards, guaranteeing safe long‑distance transportation. Compared with traditional high‑manganese steel liners, our reinforced metal magnetic liners offer a service life that is several to dozens of times longer. The working surface features embedded high‑hardness wear‑resistant inserts, and over 90% of the units are boltless, relying on magnetic attachment for installation. This completely eliminates the issues of bolt loosening and slurry leakage, minimizing maintenance downtime and costs while boosting equipment uptime. With a weight only two‑thirds that of conventional high‑manganese steel liners, these products effectively reduce equipment load and energy consumption, making them an ideal solution for mining operations seeking to conserve energy, cut costs, and improve efficiency. Going forward, we will continue to deepen our expertise in high‑performance wear‑resistant components for mining, crushing, and construction machinery, providing durable products, consistent quality, and professional technical services to customers worldwide.
