Our factory has introduced an “intermittent” used sand recovery and regeneration machine custom-designed by Qingdao Wuyang Baichuan. This innovative machine employs a green process that combines ceramic sand with inorganic binders, significantly reducing VOC emissions. Paired with a composite regeneration production line featuring “wet pre-processing + dry deep purification,” we have established a highly efficient, closed-loop system for the recycling of used sand. The wet pre-processing stage is equipped with specialized water treatment equipment, ensuring that all wash-water is recycled without any discharge, thereby eliminating industrial wastewater pollution at its source. Moreover, the entire production line is simultaneously outfitted with multiple dust collectors and other pollution-control devices, providing comprehensive assurance that the production process meets stringent environmental standards.

This equipment enables fine purification and performance restoration of waste sand, significantly boosting the number of times old sand can be recycled and re-used, with a recovery rate consistently maintained above 98%. At the same time, the production line incorporates advanced automation and intelligent technologies, coupled with a comprehensive inspection and management system. This not only substantially reduces the costs of purchasing new sand and disposing of waste sand but also minimizes emissions of harmful substances and VOCs at the source, helping enterprises achieve a win-win situation in both economic and ecological benefits and injecting strong momentum into the development of the green casting industry.
