Immediately following the 2026 Lantern Festival, Xinfeng Technology promptly convened a special meeting on workplace safety. At the meeting, the chairman delivered an important address, issuing new directives and outlining plans for the year ahead, thereby setting a clear course and rallying momentum for high-quality development in the coming year.

With regard to the year’s key priorities, the Chairman has outlined three requirements: First, consolidate the foundation of safety by continuously refining the safety production management system and enhancing all employees’ safety awareness and operational skills; second, focus on improving production quality by leveraging technological innovation and process upgrades to drive simultaneous gains in both productivity and product quality; and third, strengthen accountability and responsibility—management at all levels must lead by example in fulfilling their duties, while all employees should stay committed to their roles, work diligently and pragmatically, thereby forging a powerful synergy that unites the entire organization in tackling challenges and overcoming obstacles.
