Strengthen accountability at each post and optimize process workflows.

Recently, Xinfeng Technology convened a special conference on workplace safety for all employees. Company management and personnel from each production line attended, simultaneously outlining measures to strengthen safety management and optimize production processes, thereby solidifying the safety foundation and driving improvements in quality and efficiency. The meeting emphasized that workplace safety is the fundamental prerequisite for all production activities; all staff must strictly adhere to safety procedures, conduct routine hazard inspections at their workstations, assume clear responsibility for safety at their posts, and eliminate any non‑compliant operations. With regard to process optimization, the meeting clearly defined and refined the division of responsibilities for each role, assigning accountability to specific individuals. Technical personnel will lead the development of standardized operating procedures, oversee adjustments to process plans, conduct trials, and provide technical briefings. The material‑cutting team will rigorously follow process parameters to perform raw‑material cutting and sorting, ensuring quality control at the very first stage. The casting and heat‑treatment teams will implement shaping and temperature‑control steps while maintaining meticulous records of process parameters. Quality‑inspection staff will carry out end‑to‑end monitoring and finished‑product testing, ensuring comprehensive quality traceability. Each step in the process has a designated person responsible, with seamless coordination across all stages. Moving forward, the company will leverage more standardized procedures and enhanced safety safeguards to elevate production quality and efficiency, steadily bolstering its market competitiveness.

Strengthen the safety defense line and rigorously enforce production control.

To further strengthen the principal responsibility for workplace safety, improve the production management system, and standardize operational procedures across all workshop processes, Xinfeng Technology recently convened a special meeting on workplace safety, attended by relevant company managers and key frontline employees. The meeting focused on key priorities such as safety management and the standardization of production workflows. It emphasized that safety is the bottom line for the company’s stable development, and that the company will continue to refine its safety management systems, detail safety control protocols, and ensure that safety responsibilities are assigned to specific posts and individuals. With regard to on-site production oversight, the meeting explicitly required that each production process be documented in a corresponding process card, clearly specifying process parameters, critical operating points, and safety precautions for every step. Operators must strictly follow these process cards, maintain accurate and timely production records, and ensure that the entire production process is traceable and verifiable. Meanwhile, the company will accelerate the implementation of digital management software, leveraging digital tools to integrate data collection, process monitoring, and information aggregation, thereby achieving online management of production and safety data. This digital approach will enhance the effectiveness of safety supervision and production control, reducing safety and quality risks arising from human error. Going forward, Xinfeng Technology will take this meeting as an opportunity to conduct ongoing inspections and address potential safety hazards, steadily advance process standardization and digital management, strengthen safety awareness among all employees, and firmly uphold the red line of workplace safety. By adopting standardized, digitalized management practices, the company aims to ensure safe, stable, and high‑quality growth.

Watch the on-site hands-on video to solidify your business foundation.

To further enhance employees’ understanding of the casting production process and strengthen their job-specific expertise, our company recently organized a specialized training session on production processes, which was attended by all relevant staff members. During the training, large-screen presentations showcased real‑world operational footage from the factory floor, providing a clear visual overview of key processes in the casting workshop, such as smelting and pouring. The video faithfully captured the entire workflow, including overhead crane operations for handling molten steel and the casting‑pouring process, bringing the workshop’s production scenes directly into the classroom. This allowed participants to observe actual production steps up close, gaining a thorough grasp of critical process points and on‑site operating procedures. Attendees watched attentively, reflecting on and discussing process details in relation to their own roles. By adopting this video‑based training approach—moving beyond purely theoretical instruction—the session became more vivid and engaging, helping employees deepen their understanding of production processes and clearly identify priorities for workplace safety and quality control. Going forward, the company will continue to diversify its training methods, regularly conducting sessions on process technology and safety, thereby continuously enhancing the professional competence of all employees and providing robust support for safe production and consistent product quality improvement.

Strengthen summer safety production to ensure stable business operations.

Recently, Chaoyang Xinfeng Precision Machinery Technology Development Co., Ltd. convened a special meeting on workplace safety. The meeting was chaired by the company’s chairman, with all senior management in attendance. The chairman emphasized that workplace safety is the paramount prerequisite for the company’s survival and development, directly impacting both employee well-being and the enterprise’s long-term sustainability. He instructed all departments and production workshops to promptly conduct comprehensive, grid‑style inspections for potential hazards, meticulously identifying risks related to equipment operation, on‑site procedures, and storage practices. A corrective action ledger must be established, with deadlines set for implementing improvements to thoroughly eliminate any safety blind spots. In response to the intense summer heat, the meeting made specific arrangements: work hours will be strategically staggered to avoid the peak midday temperatures, and the plant will ensure adequate supplies of cooling beverages and heat‑stroke prevention medications to safeguard frontline workers. This meeting further reinforced a strong commitment to both safety and quality across the organization, fostering a shared understanding of workplace safety and laying a solid foundation for the company’s stable, efficient, and sustainable operations in casting and mechanical processing.
