Recently, Chaoyang Xinfeng Precision Machinery Technology Development Co., Ltd. held a special meeting on technological research and development. At the meeting, the chairman used photographs of defective products from the production floor as a starting point and, drawing on the manufacturing processes for high-manganese steel and chromium‑molybdenum steel castings, conducted an in-depth analysis of the root causes of scrap. He pinpointed shortcomings in process control details, frontline operating procedures, and overall quality awareness among all employees. He emphasized that product quality is the lifeblood of the company; every defective item affects customer trust and the company’s reputation, and is closely linked to both the company’s long-term growth and the immediate interests of its workforce.

In response to the issue, the Chairman has explicitly instructed all employees to strictly adhere to production process standards and quality‑control procedures, strengthen in‑process inspections and quality traceability, and ensure that the quality of outgoing products remains stable and reliable, thereby providing customers with higher‑quality wear‑resistant castings.
