Our plant’s heat-treatment equipment comprises the “RX Series Rapid Fork-Loading Heat-Treatment Production Line” manufactured by Danyang Huaxin Electric Furnace Co., Ltd. This production line integrates multiple chamber furnaces, a quenching handling cart, a charging platform, a quenching water tank, a water-agitation system, and an air-cooling chamber into a single rapid-quenching unit. The entire quenching (water toughening) process can be completed in under 30 seconds, significantly enhancing the performance of high-manganese steel and alloy steel products.
Our plant utilizes the “batch-type” used-sand recovery and regeneration machine designed and manufactured by Qingdao Wuyang Baichuan, which allows for flexible adjustment of the mechanical regeneration cycle per batch. This ensures that the used sand can be recycled multiple times, effectively increasing the recovery rate of used sand. While reducing production costs, it also minimizes the emission of harmful substances, thereby better protecting the ecological environment.
Medium-frequency electric furnace
Our plant’s melting equipment utilizes an IGBT medium-frequency furnace manufactured by Fuji Electric of Japan. The user-friendly operating system automatically collects melting data and issues alerts for abnormalities, thereby not only enhancing the purity of the molten steel but also maximizing production safety and significantly reducing energy consumption during the manufacturing process.
